Transfer News: Chelsea and Bayern Munich not considering Christian Pulisic – Leroy Sane swap deal

According to reliable transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea and Bayern Munich are not considering swapping Christian Pulisic and Leroy Sane. The transfer expert claimed that neither club are considering trading their wingers and there are no talks going on.

It has been a tough time for Pulisic under Thomas Tuchel. Despite some good contributions in vital games last season, the American star was simply unable to break into the side on a regular basis. He has struggled this season as well to feature in most of the games with the other forwards being preferred ahead of him.

Leroy Sane was once among the best young talent in the Premier League with Manchester City. However, his move to Bayern Munich last season has not gone according to plan as he did not produce the same kind of impact. That led to the 25-year-old being linked to Chelsea earlier this month. And even a swap deal was touted which involved him.

However, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has put any of those links to rest with his latest update on the same. He has gone on to claim that Chelsea and Bayern are not negotiating over a swap deal between the American and German. No talks are said to on between the two clubs over any such swap deal.

Chelsea already have a decent crop of forwards and it is evident with Pulisic’s sporadic appearances. Granted, it would have been a swap deal but there’s still not much room for Sane to replace Pulisic and break into the starting XI. However, as Romano claimed, no deal is really in the works.
