Chelsea are the latest side to be linked with a move for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot, as per L’Equipe (h/t Football.london).
The report adds that we are on the lookout for a central midfielder but to sign Rabiot, we must beat a host of clubs for the 23-year-old.
The report claims that Tottenham are interested in the Frenchman while Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Manchester City and Juventus are also potential destinations for the PSG man.
Rabiot’s contract with the Ligue 1 giants ends this season and he would be a free agent in the next campaign. However, the report claims that the 23-year-old could speak to clubs outside France to sign a pre-agreement.
The Frenchman is one of the most talented players in the Ligue 1 and we could do with some extra talent in the heart of the park.
Cesc Fabregas is another player who will be out of contract at the end of the season and the report claims that AC Milan could be looking at the Spaniard.
Rabiot would do a great job in our midfield and could star for Chelsea for a number of years.
