Mourinho’s arrival in 2004 heralded a period of unprecedented success, including back-to-back Premier League titles and numerous domestic and European triumphs. The club’s crowning achievement came in 2012, when Chelsea lifted the UEFA Champions League trophy in a dramatic final against Bayern Munich.
