Danny Drinkwater has once again been left out of the Chelsea Premier League squad. The former Leicester player has struggled to keep himself in contention and the loan spells at Aston Villa and Burnley haven’t helped the trajectory of his career.

Chelsea have had a busy transfer window by adding high-profile names like Lukaku and Niguez to their squad for the new season. They have also let go of players like Tammy Abraham, Kurt Zouma, and Tino Livramento at the same time.
