Jorginho becomes first Chelsea player to comment on Romelu Lukaku after agreement on transfer fee

Speaking to TNT Sport (h/t football.london), Jorginho stated that Romelu Lukaku is a player that would ‘contribute a lot’ as Chelsea finish the final formalities before announcing his Stamford Bridge return.

The Blues are apparently in agreement with Inter Milan over a transfer fee of £97.5million. The player has also agreed on terms with the club and his announcement is set to be made in the coming days.

Lukaku spent three years at the Bridge before being sold to Everton in 2014. He has only gotten better since then and has made a big name for himself at Manchester United as well as Inter Milan.

This indicates that Chelsea are closer than ever in their pursuit to land the former Anderlecht man this summer. And Jorginho believes that the player can play a big part at whichever clubs he plays at.
