Transfer News: Chelsea contact Harry Kane representatives
According to transfer news from Express, Chelsea have made contact with the representatives of Harry Kane. The Blues have shown their interest in the Tottenham talisman alongside both Manchester clubs.
The England captain has been at Spurs for most of his senior career. During that time, he has plundered goals aplenty. However, after another trophyless and disappointing season, Kane has come to a career crossroads. The striker has asked that he be allowed to leave at the end of the season.
Post that, most of the elite clubs registered their interest in signing the Premier League Golden Boot winner. Chelsea and both Manchester clubs were among some of the names that were mentioned as possible destinations.
It was only recently that Manchester City made an opening proposal for Kane with a bid worth £100m plus optional player additions. However, Chelsea have also made their move by starting talks with Kane’s representatives.
