Transfer News: Manchester City and United keen on Chelsea target Declan Rice

According to transfer news from Express, Manchester City and United are keeping tabs on Chelsea target Declan Rice. All three clubs are looking at the West Ham star as they look to bolster their sides over the summer.

Rice spent time at Chelsea’s academy before making the switch to West Ham and has made huge strides at the East London outfit. A regular for club and country now, the Englishman is one of the best defensive midfielders on display in the Premier League.

The 22-year-old was a top target for Chelsea under Frank Lampard during his time at Stamford Bridge. Since the arrival of Tuchel, transfer interest in the West Ham midfielder cooled down. The German manager made it work with the players he had at his disposal to get Chelsea their hands on the Champions League.
