Transfer News: Promising Chelsea defender set for yet another loan spell

Jake Clarke-Salter set to leave Chelsea on loan

According to Football Insider (h/t Birmingham Mail), Chelsea starlet Jake Clarke-Salter is set to leave the club on loan once again.
