Thiago Silva pictured in Chelsea training for the first time
As shown on the club’s official site, Chelsea star Thiago Silva was pictured training for the first time at Cobham.
The 35-year-old is one of our key captures this summer. A vastly experienced player, his leadership abilities will add much to the Blues backline.
Silva played a key part in PSG’s run to the Champions League final last season. In fact, his last competitive game was that defeat to Bayern Munich.
Apart from Silva, fellow summer recruit Ben Chilwell also took part in group training for the first time. The English international continues to recover from the injury he sustained in July.
