Lampard, the Derby County manager, is off to a great start in his managerial stint, leading the Rams to the Championship play-off final.

The former English midfielder has won 24 matches with the Championship side and the notable one was against Leeds United in the play-offs semi-final where Derby produced a dramatic comeback.

Now, the 40-year-old is set to face Dean Smith’s Aston Villa in the final this week.

On the other hand, Sarri has been receiving the stick lately for his lack of rapport with the fans and players despite a decent season in the Premier League.
