Chelsea agree on a deal for Stoke teenager Mohamed Akandji

Chelsea have agreed on a deal with Stoke City teenager Mohamed Akandji, claims Stoke Sentinel (h/t TeamTalk).

The Stamford Bridge club has achieved this despite their ban in the transfer window.

Akandji- a promising talent

The Ivorian centre-back signed for the Potters last year from Ligue 1 side Amiens. The 17-year-old has been in sensational form for the U-18 side with 14 appearances this season.

Future at Stamford Bridge

The Ivorian prospect is expected to get his place in the reserves side initially. His progress could yield a place in the main team in no time.
