Borussia Dortmund attacker Christian Pulisic is open to playing in the Premier League, and the Guardian reports that Chelsea are leading the race to sign the American.
The report adds that the 20-year-old isn’t discussing a new deal with Dortmund, and is out of contract in 2020.
Pulisic spent a year in Oxfordshire before moving back to the US and was quoted by the Guardian saying:
“England, the Premier League, is a league where lots of kids dream of playing so there is no reason why maybe one day I won’t play here.”
However, the American added that he was enjoying his season with Dortmund and the report adds that Liverpool and Tottenham have been linked with Pulisic earlier.
The American has helped Dortmund to the top of the Bundesliga and the club are four points clear of their nearest rivals.
Dortmund are unbeaten in the league, and the youngster even spoke about his time in the UK.
“As soon as the bell would ring I would go out and would be on the hardcourt pitches outside for hours and my parents had to drag me home.”
The 20-year-old would be an excellent signing under Maurizio Sarri, and with Eden Hazard on one wing, we could have one of the best attacks in the Premier League.

The American would not come on the cheap, but Chelsea seem to have the money to spend after buying Jorginho and Kepa Arrizabalaga for huge sums in the previous window.
