Chelsea are looking to sign Christian Pulisic of Borussia Dortmund and could use the Bundesliga club’s interest in striker Alvaro Morata to bring the American to Stamford Bridge.
The Daily Mail claims that Bayern Munich are also interested in the Dortmund winger but we want to sign the £60million-rated star ahead of the Bundesliga giants. Dortmund want a striker to come into the club next season and even though Michy Batshuayi was excellent for the Germans last season, the club is now interested in Morata.
The former Real Madrid and Juventus man didn’t do all that well last season in the Premier League and there have been reports of him seeking a move back to Italy, where he arguably enjoyed his best seasons with Juventus.
There is also concern from our side as the likes of Eden Hazard and Willian are being linked with moves away from Stamford Bridge and should either of them leave, Pulisic would be a great addition to the side.
The American is one of the best players in the Bundesliga and will light up the Premier League for sure. If we can swap Morata for the winger, it would be an amazing deal given that the Spaniard wants a move away from England. We do need to bring in attacking players for next season and hopefully, we will be able to complete a deal for Pulisic.
Even though there is a lot of talk about who our next manager would be, Pulisic will be an asset to the side for a number of years given that he is only 19 at the moment.
