Chelsea have so far signed Michy Barshuayi and N’Golo Kante into the squad this summer and the Blues manager is still out in the market looking to bring in more suitable players in the squad.

Reports from the Gazzetta World states that Chelsea have agreed to pay an amount closer to Everton’s demand of £75m for their star striker, Romelu Lukaku. According to the report, the Blues are willing to pay £70m to bring Lukaku back to the Stamford Bridge this summer.

It remains to be seen what Lukaku’s signing means for Diego Costa, as reports continue to swirl about a return to former side Atletico Madrid.

“Don’t ask me about Costa’s future because I don’t know,” Conte recently told reporters. “At this time he is a Chelsea player.”

Inter Milan have inquired regarding the availability of Oscar for a potential transfer move, while the deal may be far off thing as of now the club have been told that the player is still up for a move out of the Blues. A potential deal is a long way off, but the Nerazzurri were not told that Oscar is off the market. The midfielder scored just three goals in 29 Premier League appearances last season and doesn’t appear to be a key player for Conte.

Further, Chelsea left-back Baba Rahman has undergone medical at Schalke ahead of a season-long loan move to the German club. The player moved to Chelsea from Augsburg last summer however, he has not been able to settle and is set for a move to Schalke.

Conte is currently shaping his squad ahead of his first season at Chelsea and has already allowed a number of younger players leave the club on loan, including Nathan Ake, Charly Musonda and Lewis Baker. The Ghana international made 23 appearances in all competitions for the Blues during the 2015/16 campaign but has been deemed surplus to requirements by new head coach Antonio Conte.
