Antonio Conte will now be heading to the Stamford Bridge as Italy’s Stint at the Euros 2016 has ended. The Italian manager is expected to make significant changes in the Blues this summer as he prepares his first season at Chelsea.
The Blues have only completed the signing of Michy Batshuayi from Marseille, despite having being linked with number of high profile players and now according to the reports a new name is being linked with a move to Chelsea. Chelsea are reportedly preparing a formal bid for Southampton ace Gaziano Pelle which they are set to table by the end of the week, according to Sky Italia.
Conte has asked his transfer team to put an offer for Pelle who has played under the Italian manager for Italy during the European Championship 2016. Further Chelsea will be facing competition from Everton and AC Milan for the 30 year old player’s signature.
