Perisic was one of the best players for Croatia this Europe and made the difference against Czech Republic and Spain. Croatia were the dark horses of this tournament and their ouster against Portugal was cruel. The 28 year old is highly adaptive and can play on the left wing and also as a forward. On the counters, Perisic was most important and made some blistering runs and has one of football’s important traits; deceptive pace. Perisic has a vast experience too and was an important player for Dortmund until he had a fallout with Jurgen Klopp. He is a complete utility player and can work out for Conte as he also play as a striker, on the wings and can be experimented as a wingback too.
He has 4 years left on his contract but the attraction of playing in England and also for one of the biggest clubs may tilt him to agree for a move to the Bridge. Perisic is coming of age and the blues need such an effective player who seems to be a perfect team player and work in tandem with the present squad and most importantly, Conte.
