Great News! Chelsea Complete The Most Anticipated Signing

Its official! John Terry has signed a new deal at Chelsea. The Blues’ captain was almost set to leave the club after his declaration that he will be leaving, but as we guessed correctly earlier, the player has decided to stay back for at least another year.

John Terry has been at Chelsea since age 14 and it would have been extremely unfortunate for the player to leave and join some other clubs while he is still playing. Many expected him to retire at Chelsea and that possibility looked bleak a month ago. However, he has renewed his contract for another year and the Chelsea skipper who has played 703 games for Chelsea will look to make it to 750 next season.

The player has another year at Stamford Bridge and the fans can relax now. He is still a capable player and adds a different dimension of leadership and defensive knowledge to the team.
