As per Starsport Antonio Conte is very serious about Radja Nainggolan and has already sent the Blues’ representative to speak about a potential transfer. According to the report, Chelsea director has met with her Roma counterpart and has offered to pay up to £28m for the midfielder.
But as per the Italian report Sabatini, the Roma director has demanded nothing less than £36 million. The deal seems to be in a deadlock but Chelsea still completes the deal by sweetening with Loftus-Cheek thrown into the mix.
The Blues are expected to offer Loftus-Cheek on loan at AS Roma but the player has begun establishing himself in the Chelsea first team and that could be a problem. The second option is to offer Andreas Christensen but Borussia Monchengladbach is likely to keep him for another season given his fine form. Looks like Chelsea may need to make a hard decision if they want to land the talented midfielder.
