This PSG Striker Could Be In Chelsea Next Season Thanks To The Fall Out With Current Manager

Edison Cavani was a well known marksman even before he joined PSG and probably hoped to uproot Zlatan Ibrahimovic from the striker’s position. But things haven’t gone as per the plan for the 29 year old Uruguayan.

Now Le 10 has boldly claimed that the player is definite to leave the French champions in June 2016. With the player’s desire to play in the no. 9 role and Laurent Blanc refusing to let him play in that position Cavani is going to look elsewhere for the role. As per the report, Cavani is looking to move to a big European club where he can play in striker’s position.

In the recent times, Manchester City, United and Chelsea have all been linked with the player. Now with the news in Stamford Bridge that there may be a squad re-shuffle, it is not crazy to expect that Edison Cavani will end up in Chelsea. Specially there are some rumors that Diego Costa may return to Atletico Madrid and if that happens then Cavani is surely an apt replacement. The price tag of €40 million is a bit too high, but anything lower can be surely considered.
