Paris Saint-Germain forward Ezequiel Lavezzi moving to Stamford Bridge is looking more realistic day by day. The player is currently with PSG but will be out of contract in summer, and may end up becoming a free transfer. The second option, a cut-price deal in January.
One of the colleagues of the player’s agent has claimed that several European clubs are interested in the player. Inter Milan, Barcelona and Chelsea are the ones that have been named in the report from Sport Mediaset.
He went on to say that there was interest from the Italian and Spanish clubs but the talks have began with Chelsea. The player has started only three league games this season after falling out of favor. At the age of 30, he is still decent and may contribute in Stamford Bridge as a team player if not a starting eleven. Considering that he may be available as a free agent in summer maybe Chelsea should wait for a few months to acquire him.
