A few weeks earlier, Alexandre Pato was seen roaming around Stamford Bridge. He probably has been impressed with the London club’s setup because now it is reported that the Brazilian striker will prefer a move to Chelsea over Liverpool.
Alexandre Pato is currently with Corinthians but was on loan with Sao Paolo. It is reported that he is looking for a move to Europe and most preferred destination is England. Given these information, it is no surprise that Liverpool, known for their economical buys, has approached the player and are the front runner for his signature. However the player will prefer to play for Chelsea if an equal offer comes by as we hear.
The Brazilian is valued at £11m by the current club and the amount is not big for a club of Chelsea or Liverpool. Especially considering that the player is only 26 years old and has had experience in Italian League and Champions league as well. Pato is ready to move to EPL but the only question remains who and how will the deal be finalized.
