Blues deal with Barbados

Chelsea have signed a three-year deal with the Barbados Tourism Authority which aims to promote the island to the UK as well as North America and the Caribbean.

The Blues are keen to develop a community football coaching programmes, which will take place on the island and in the UK via the Chelsea Foundation.

Chelsea Chief Executive, Ron Gourlay saidm “This is a great opportunity for us, using our excellent and award-winning CSR programmes, to engage with fans in the Caribbean who have a real passion for Chelsea and the Premier League.”

With the football seen as a business, one where billions is invested, it very positive to see that something is going back into the community.
