Transfer news: Maurizio Sarri on the brink of summer exit as he agrees personal terms with European giants

Juventus are interested in Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri

Maurizio Sarri has been heavily linked with a move to Juventus and the Serie A champions are ready to step up their work after Europa League final, according to the Sun.

The Turin-based club is keen on bringing the Italian manager back to Serie A after the recent departure of Massimiliano Allegri.

Sarri is believed to have already agreed to terms with the Bianconeri and is likely to receive an annual wage of £6.2m.

Despite leading the Blues to a third-place finish in the Premier league table as well as leading us to the Europa League final, the former Napoli manager turns out to be poles apart with the fans for his philosophy.

He holds a winning percentage of 65% with the Blues, with 38 wins and 11 defeats. It seems that the Londoners won’t stand in the way if  Sarri seeks an exit this summer.

The Blues are currently serving a ban for the next two transfer windows, which will hinder any new acquisitions.

It will be interesting to see what Abramovich decides to do with Maurizio Sarri. If anything, the Italian deserves to lead our club next season as well, after lifting the Europa League troophy.
