Chelsea star Willian is set to launch legal action against a fake agent who has claimed that he represents the Belgian to clubs in the United Kingdom and France.
The Brazilian international even shared the letter on Instagram where he claimed his signature was forged. He denied the content in the letter.
“I would like to clarify that I never signed such letter, the content of which I completely deny.”
Willian then added that his lawyers would be taking legal measures regarding the fake letter.
The Sun reports that the Brazilian has been linked with moves to Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester United but claims that not every rumour has actually come from a reliable source.
However, the report was quick to add that the 29-year-old’s future at Stamford Bridge is over and that the club is looking to get £70million for the Brazil international.
Barcelona have had three bids rejected for Willian with the last one being worth £55m. The Sun also reports that Real Madrid are willing to splash £100m as a part of a double deal that would see Thibaut Courtois move to the La Liga giants.
Maurizio Sarri was not too impressed with Willian joining the Chelsea team late due to a passport issue. The Italian did state that he would be speaking to the Brazilian and called the situation “strange”.
