Eden Hazard has become one of the best players in the world and has helped Chelsea win numerous trophies during his six-year stay at Stamford Bridge.

The 27-year-old has wowed the fans over the past six years and it was a timely reminder of just how young he was when he joined the Blues and how he has developed over the years.
There have been hits and misses during his stay at Chelsea but he has two Premier League titles, a Europa League and an FA Cup to show for all his hard work.
Rumours have been floating about Hazard’s future at the club and that he could move away from England, with Real Madrid being one of his suitors. A number of Twitter users decided to flood the Chelsea tweet with their own views on the Belgian.
